Product Description

EK-BM3R4S150A is designed by Shenzhen Enerkey BMS Power Technology Co., Ltd.

It is an hardware protection board scheme specially designed for 3 series or 4 series battery packs of start-up battery and electric energy storage products. The protection board has strong load carrying capacity and the maximum continuous discharge current can reach 150A.

 

Provides protection for 3 and 4 series Li-ion/LiFePO4/Lto/Sib battery pack
Provides protections in charging and discharging
Processes the balance between cells smartly, the current of it can be set freely by external components.
Deals with over-current and short-circuit protection with circuit itself
Protect an electrical circuit from damage caused by over current/ over load or short circuit

 

Feature:

Full temperature detection and protection function 55 core temperature probes,1 MOSFET temperature probe

Jiantao, 94 V-0 level KB high fire prevention level double glass fiber board and alloy radiator with high thermal conductivity

Very low power consumption, static standby power consumption, 25uA. work power consumption: MAX 80mA

150A operating current tolerance(2 seconds per time),300A maximum pulse start current tolerance (0.5 seconds per time)

Complete support for universal chemical lithium batteries. Such as LiCoO2,LiMnO2,NiMnCo,HighLi,LTO

Lithium battery set with maximum 300 AH capacity can be configured.

Wiring precautions:
1. Installing the protective board requires a certain amount of technical electronic knowledge.
2. When wiring, first connect the B- wire at the soldering pad position to the total negative terminal of the battery (the B- wire should be soldered to a short and thick wire) and solder the wired terminal to the battery pack first, and then insert the protective plate.
3. The connection between the battery terminal B- and the protection board terminal B- should be short and thick, otherwise it will cause the protection board to charge and discharge in advance and malfunction.

4. You need to use thick wires when wiring P+/P-. Wires that are too thin and too long will burn the board!
