The EnerKey 20A Smart Active Balancer is specifically designed to balance the voltage and charge of each cell in your battery pack, ensuring a longer lifespan for your battery.
The balancing accuracy of 1MV makes this product stand out amongst others in the market. The board supports a range of voltages from 12V to 120V a. With EK-24S20EB, you can be assured of the safety and efficiency of your battery.

Balancing Start Condition: Single cell voltage difference ≥ 10mV
Balancing Termination Condition: Single cell voltage difference ≤ 1mV

Instructions for Use:
Connect the balancer correctly to the positive and negative terminals of the battery pack.
Connect to a host computer via the communication interface (optional) for parameter settings.
The system automatically starts voltage monitoring and balancing management.
Regularly check the balancing status and maintenance records.

EK-24S20EB supports 2S-24S. The following figure shows how to install and connect cables to the 24S battery string:

When less than 24 battery strings are connected in series, empty pins are suspended. The following uses 17S as an example.

If the battery string has a total voltage lower than 24V, you need to connect 24V to 120V DC power supplies.
